GTA San Andreas:
How to add more cars in GTA San Andreas without replacing. Just follow following steps.
Installation Steps:
Step 1:
Download required files "Files You Need For Mod.rar" & "fastman92 limit adjuster.rar". ( This file available in bottom" )
Step 2:
Extract all files inside "Files You Need For Mod.rar" to GTA sa Main directory. And also do the same for fastman92 limit adjuster.
Step 3:
Go to GTA sa main directory and open fastman92limitAdjuster_GTASA.ini then press ctrl+f and search "killable" and again click find next. Now you will see "#Count of killable model IDs = 800" Change it to "#Count of killable model IDs = 12600"
Next line you will see "#Apply handling.cfg patch = 0" change it to "#Apply handling.cfg patch = 1"
Next line you will see "#Number of standard lines = 210" change it to "#Number of standard lines = 300". The 300 means you can add extra 90 cars(210-300). You want extra cars means increase the numbers.
NOTE: Number of standard lines refers cars only, Number of bike lines refers bikes only, Number of flying lines refers flights & helicopters, Number of boat lines refers boats. If you want to add bike means increase the number in bike lines same for all.
Step 4:
Again press ctrl+f and search "audio loader" now you will see "#Enable vehicle audio loader = 0" change it to "#Enable vehicle audio loader = 1" All done just save the file.
Step 5:
Now create new folder and past your car mod inside that folder & rename your txd and dff file(Maximum length 7 latters only. And give same name dff and txd). Now create new text file and give same name like txd,dff.
Step 6:
Open that text file and go to gta sa main directory, open data folder now find vehicles.ide and open in notepad. now search any cars example elegy, now copy that full line and past it from your new text document(your car name). Now rename the default car name to your car name (Note: Capital latter means give your car name also capital, Small means give your car name also small) And remove the car id and give new car id "12500" if you want to add more means increase the id upto 12600. create 2 new line(just hit enter buttons 2 times)
Again go to same data folder and open "handling.cfg". This is a handling of you car choose which car handling you want and copy that line example i want ESPERANT. again past it from same new text document(your car name). Now rename the default car name to your car name. Create 2 new line(just hit enter buttons 2 times)
Finaly again go to same data folder and open "carcols.dat". This file is your car colours. choose which type of car colour you want example ambulance only have single colour. admiral have multi colors. just copy the car line and past it from new text document(your car name).Now rename the default car name to your car name.
Save the file.
Step 7:
All done only add the sound to the car. just go to gta sa main directory and open data folder. "open gtasa_vehicleAudioSettings.cfg" in notepad and choose which car sound you want example elegy i want. just press ctrl+f and search "elegy". copy all lines.
End of the document you will see the following line

Past the copyed line like this
;
(past here your line)(Note: here rename your car name example elegy 00 11 222 33333 to bmw 00 11 222 33333)

Save the file.
Step 8:
Now copy the all files car dff, txd, and text file into gta sa main directory -> modloader -> create new folder and give same car name -> past the 3 files
Step 8:
Launch the game and open any trainer and use the car spawner to spawn your car. use the car name or car id to spawn the car( car id means i set 12500, car name means that dff, txd, text document name(all are same name)
